We have received your Letter of Credit established for the application of James Brown & Sons. Thank you for your prompt issuing.

However, when we checked the L/C with the relevant contract, we found the following mistakes:

1. The amount in words is different from that in figure. 2. The L/C expires in the applicant country.

3.The goods are insured for 130% of the invoice value against Institute Cargo Clauses (A). 4. In the clause of “covering shipment of”, the quantity of HX1115 and HX4510 are wrong.

5. The L/C prohibits transshipment.

6. In the special clause, it requires “All goods must be shipped in one 20’CY To CY container and B/L showing the same”, but in fact there are altogether four 20 CY containers.
