① It是形式主语, to be on time是真主语, important是表语。 E.g. It is important for everyone to get more exercise. ② on time 意为“按时” , in time意为“及时”。
2. Jenny and Bill meet at 3o’clock to work on their project. work on意为“从事于,忙于”。 E.g. She is working on a new book. 3. Maybe she’s there!
Maybe 作adj. 常作状语,置句子开头。 May be 是情态动词,意为“可能是…….” E.g. She may be a nurse.
