摘要：The internal combustion engine (1) has a cylinder head and two cylinders(1a,1b,1c), where each cylinder has an inlet opening for supplying charge air (10a,10b) inthe cylinder by intake system (3). The intake conduits (2a,2b,2c) are guided to the inletopening. An external exhaust gas recirculation system (9) is equipped with a recirculationconduit (9a), which opens in the intake system. The recirculation conduit opens upstreamof a heating device (7) in the intake system. An independent claim is included for amethod for operating an internal combustion engine.
