摘要：A kind of request and the certificate issued are provided for initiatingcorrespondent bank with registration management organ from certification authority.Corresponding request certificate is initiated to registration management organ, sends arequest to certificate with registration management organ, issues certificate toregistration management organ. Certificate is stored in position in catalogue and theposition and pointer, such as uniform resource locator (URN) i.e. information included inthe certificate. It initiates correspondent bank and calculates the position using identicalinformation, and forward it to other joint defendants. Other correspondents can locatedcertificate authenticate the starting correspondent of public-key cryptography.
