译文:China is the hometown of tea and tea is China’s national drink. The
Chinese people appreciate the tea ceremony best and could
obtain pleasure and joy from the tea-drinking course. In most of China, following the traditions of Ming Dynasty(1368-1644) and Qing Dynasty（1636-1911），people give first place to the instant tea, featuring light flavors and elegant admirations. However, people in different regions have different favorites. Generally speaking, people in the north part(including North China, the northeast, Sichuan Province, etc) like scented tea ，while those who in the south appreciate green tea, especially Jiangsu Province, Zhejiang Province and Anhui Province .In addition, people along the southeast coast prefer oolong tea. It is very interesting that people in Hunan Province not only drink tea water but also chew and swallow the tea-leaves. If adding the special hobbies in different areas as
well as the exotic customs from ethnic groups, Chinese ways of drinking tea are various as the flowers blooming like a piece of brocade.
