Mark Twain was born in Florida in 1835. Samuel Langhorne Clemens was his real name. He was brought up in Hannibal, Missouri. A󰅌er his father's death in 1847, Twain became a printer. He also started his career as a journalist by wri󰆟ng for the Hannibal Journal. Later Twain moved to Virginia City, where he edited two years Territorial Enterprise. On February 3, 1863, Mark Twain became his pen name. In 1864 Twain le󰅌 for California and worked in San Francisco as a reporter.

Hucklberry Finn, (1884), was first considered his adult fic󰆟on. Later Twain wrote THE MAN THAT CORRUPTED HADLEYBURG (1900). One of Twain's achievements is the way he talk about Huckleberry Finn.
