摘要：A method for the immobilization of bioactive molecules within a polymer
substrate to be employed as an oral drug delivery system is provided. A water insolublecarrier matrix can be provided that is water swellable, and biologically active agents canbe incorporated. The matrix can be a macromolecular network synthesized by gammaradiation at temperatures between −78 degrees Celsius to a boiling point of acomponent elected for polymerization.
