Thanksgiving Day is a holiday in the U.S.A. It is celebrated every year on the fourth Thursday of November. Usually, familymembers and friends get together for a turkey (⽕鸡) dinner. People sometimes drive their cars to distant places for a familyreunion (团圆). Many people also take Friday off and make it a long weekend vacation, because most Americans do not workon Saturday and Sundays.
