In this regard you are instructed to rectify such non-conforming works urgently and strictly in accordance with requirements of the contract. Furthermore, upon rectification of non-conforming works within time designated below, you shall return this record with description of rectification and results of inspection by Jianli and/or Initiator. Negligence to comply with Non-Conformance Record shall cause a monetary charge to compensate the deterioration of quality required by the contract and/or risks being contingent to such non-conformance works as stated below, which will be deducted from any money due to you.
