摘要：[Problem] To provide an electrical contacting device with which stable electricalcontact with an electrode pad for a grounding connection can be achieved while reducinga pushing-in load. [Solution] An electrical connecting device according to the presentinvention is provided on a substrate with a contacting portion to which a load is appliedand which is electrically connected to an electrode terminal of an object to be inspected,wherein: the contacting portion comprises a plurality of plate-shaped members whichoverlap one another in a thickness direction, and is supported on the substrate in such away that contacting surfaces of each end surface thereof come into contact with a wiringpattern on the substrate; at least some of the plurality of plate-shaped members arecontacts provided with a base portion and an arm portion one end of which is supportedby the base portion, and which has at the other end thereof a distal end portion whichcomes into contact with the electrode terminal of the object to be inspected; and asurface of the arm portion comes into contact with a surface of an adjacent plate-shapedmember to form an electrically conductive path joining the distal end portion to thewiring pattern via the adjacent plate-shaped member.
