摘要：PURPOSE:To prevent an insulation between a unit frame and a ceramic boardfrom deteriorating even if casting resin is failed in its insulation by so mounting the unitframe as to cover a proximity part to the board in the frame with a unit cover, andinterposing resin between the unit cover and the proximity part of the unit frame to theboard. CONSTITUTION:A cylinder 12a is press-fitted to a hole 13a, and secured in a unitcover 13 in a state that the opposite part near a ceramic board 5 in a unit frame 12 isfloated. Then, the peripheral edge of the cover 13 is inserted to a groove 11b to be somounted as to block the opening 11a of the cover 13, casting resin 14 is fed to a casecover 11 and the cover 13 and solidified. The approaching part of the frame 12 to theboard 5 is secured in a state that it is floated in the cover 13. Even if the frame 12 is failedin insulation so that a discharge is generated between the board 5 and the frame 12, nocurrent flows to the cover 13 by interposing the resin 14 therebetween. Accordingly, auser is not electrically shocked.
