1、能听、说、认、读、写下列单词及短语:Was born,were born ,birthday present,have a birthday party ,gave some flowers 2、掌握下面句子 What’s the date today?

When were you born?----I was born on_____.

重点难点 日期的表示法和过去式本课的重难点,掌握并熟练运用Was born,were born , 及句子。 教学准备 单词卡片和图片。 教学过程 一、复习导入

1、与学生以生日为话题,介绍今天的日题、天气状况等内容。 T:What day is it today? Ss:Today is Monday . T:What's the date today? Ss:It’s March 22th. T:What's the weather like?

Ss:The weather is cool.I can go climbing.and I can fly kite, too . T:My birthday is in March.when is your birthday. 叫几个同学来询问

2、出示数字卡片,让学生将基数词和序数词分类。并且齐读。 二、新授 (1)新内容展示:

T:I was born in autumn, I was born on september 20th When were you born? I was born on May 1st(板书) 师生问答练习:When were you born? I was born on_____。

强调在具体的某天前要用介词on,在季节, 年,月前要用介词in.

对比:I was born in autumn. I was born on September 20th.

(2)生生活动:问答接龙,练习句子。When were you born?

(3)Today is September 20th, then what was the date yesterday?It was September 19th(板书)强调was 是 am,is 的过去式,were 是are 的过去式 (4)学习对话。听录音跟读并回答问题: What’s the date today? What was the date yesterday?

Whose birthday is on September 3rd?。 三、巩固练习及作业: (1)Practise 1

老师出示日历,让学生看着日历进行问答练习。What’s the date today?What was the date yesterday? (2)Practice 2

I got a birthday present yesterday.进一步强调在谈论昨天的生日情况时,动词要用过去式。get ___got (过去式) (3)小节本课重点 四、作业安排:

1、书写单词和句子,背诵课文。 2、关于生日话题的交流和运用。
