First, we should agree that with more funds, one might update the hardware

of education, either for school or for individuals. Also, it is possible for one to learn other things that interested him or those will benefit him. Most important of all, one can improve the software of education, i.e., to get the best education and the best effect.

While listing the advantages, we should not forget its disadvantages.
